2. How long will my order be delivered to me?

Courier picks up your order from our warehouse within 1 or 2 day/s of being placed. Products then take another 3-5 business days to be delivered after being marked as shipped, if no further delays from the courier. We ship daily (Monday to Friday only), cutoff every 12 PM. No shipping Fridays (12 PM onwards) to Sunday. All orders made in these days will be shipped on Monday.

All products, unless stated as a Pre-Order, are on-hand and are ready for delivery. Pre-orders are available for purchase, but are going to be delivered to you in 2 weeks or less.

Please note that all postal delays (weather, political, courier schedules, etc.) of delivery are outside our control.

3. I pre-ordered a product. When do I receive my special and customized diamond paintings?

Cut-off for all customized and special diamond paintings is every 15th and 30th of the month. Orders are ready to be shipped 2 weeks every after cut-off. We will notify you as soon your order is ready. All postal delays (weather, political, courier schedules, etc.) of delivery are outside our control. In case of a delay, a message will be sent to you right away.

4. Why didn't I receive my order? Why was my order cancelled?

After placing an order from our store, you will receive a message from us regarding your delivery address. Replying to the message is a definite must. This serves as your confirmation to your order, as well. After several text messages or emails with no replies, we cancel your orders to make stocks available to others.

Make sure you have placed the right contact number and delivery address with complete information (House # or Purok, Street, Barangay, City, Province, Zip Code). Contact Us right away if you think you have placed the wrong information or you haven't received a text message from us regarding your order.

5. Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped locally. We use J&T Express and LBC as our main couriers. 

6. I need to change or cancel my order.

We have a strict no-cancel policy once your order has been shipped and tracking number has already been generated. Refusing to pay for your Cash On Delivery (COD) order without any valid reason may result to being banned from purchasing from our store again.
